Vegetarian Kitchen Essentials

Important products to have in a vegan/vegetarian kitchen:

Soy Milk, Soy Cheese and Soy Yogurts (This is good source of calcium and vitamin B12)

A variety of fresh (or frozen) fruits and vegetables like: Lettuce, cucumbers, broccoli, carrots, mushroms, bell peppers, tomatoes and spinach.

Meat replacements: Tofu, chicken-less nuggets, veggie burgers (Boca burgers are my favorite), veggie bacon, veggie corn-dogs, etc.

Grains and nuts such as lentils, beans. almonds and peanuts.

 Pasta, all kinds (spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli)
